Terms of Engagement

1. Scope of services

GoAlgo provides AI integration, custom SaaS engineering, and product studio partnership services as described on this site. We do not provide the services listed on our exclusion page.

2. Engagement models

Sprint (fixed scope, fixed price), Build (fixed scope, milestones), Studio (rolling monthly). Each is governed by an executed SOW.

3. Intellectual property

Client owns all code, models, and derivative work delivered under the SOW. GoAlgo retains rights to internal tooling, generic patterns, and abstractions not specific to the client's domain.

4. Confidentiality

Mutual NDA applies from first exchange of confidential information. Client-specific NDA available on request.

5. Payment terms

Sprint and Build engagements: 50% on start, 50% on delivery. Studio: monthly, in advance.

6. Liability

Liability capped at fees paid to GoAlgo in the trailing three months of the engagement.

7. Non-solicitation

Mutual non-solicitation for 12 months post-engagement, with the standard exceptions (public job postings, response to inbound).

8. Governing law

Laws of India. Disputes resolved via arbitration seated in India.
